Every word technically true. But read it again. That sounds like a plan. Conditions, terms, policy. Somewhere between the post and the headline, a tantrum got a briefcase. * What got lost? "Their products aren't good enough!" — the actual heart of the post. Plus the bit about America being used as a "piggybank." The angry review became a trade condition.
